East Bali Tour

  • Our day begins at Candi Dasa, a serene coastal village known for its striking black sand beach, formed by volcanic activity from Mount Agung. This area was once a key stop for ancient Balinese traders and remains an important site for spiritual reflection.

  • Next, we’ll visit Tenganan, one of Bali’s oldest traditional villages, home to the Bali Aga people—the island’s original inhabitants. Here, you’ll walk through a community that has preserved its unique customs, from intricate double ikat weaving to ancient rituals that date back centuries.

  • We’ll then continue to Goa Lawah, the Bat Cave Temple, a revered 11th-century sanctuary believed to be connected through underground tunnels to Besakih, Bali’s mother temple. This temple is one of the island’s six holiest places of worship, where thousands of bats roost inside its sacred cave.

  • From there, we’ll journey to Sidemen Village, where breathtaking views of terraced rice fields unfold beneath the towering presence of Mount Agung, Bali’s most sacred volcano. At Mahagiri Restaurant, you’ll enjoy these stunning landscapes while experiencing authentic Balinese cuisine.

  • Our journey will conclude at Pura Kehen, also known as the "Temple of the Heart." Built in the 13th century, this temple was once the royal temple of the Bangli Kingdom and features an impressive eleven-tiered meru tower dedicated to the supreme god, Shiva. Its intricate carvings, towering banyan tree, and ancient inscriptions make it one of Bali’s most spiritually and architecturally significant sites.
